Da Vinci International School has the following vacancies:

 

Teacher of French: First Language (Part-Time)

For an immediate start, we are seeking a part-time, enthusiastic Teacher of French: First Language to join our dedicated and committed teaching faculty. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an outstanding teaching ability to a variety of ages, covering both Primary and Secondary students. 

A willingness to work collaboratively and plan across the curriculum to meet the needs of native speaker learners is essential as is the desire to work closely with parents and to support all school events.

Candidates able to offer additional teaching subjects are of particular interest to our school.

  • Contract: part-time, fixed term to 28th June 2019
  • Starting date: immediate
  • Interview: online/in school

Children of all academic abilities are stretched, challenged and supported throughout all sections of the school. Pastoral care is also an important part of school life and all staff are expected to support, advise and guide children in their roles as class teacher or form tutor.

Candidates applying for these positions must:

  • have a suitable teaching qualification
  • be a native speaker of French
  • have excellent written and spoken French and English skills
  • be experienced in teaching French to native speakers in either/both Primary and/or Secondary School
  • possess the correct permits/visas to work in the European Union

Teacher of Physical Education (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic part-time (50%) Teacher of Physical Education who can inspire children and develop their athletic potential. The successful candidate will be well-qualified and would be required to teach PE across the whole school. Drive, passion, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential prerequisites for a successful application.

To be appointed, you will be a passionate, innovative, high achieving professional with a strong track record of teaching success and student centred learning.
